As central as can be, this stylish apartment boasts skyscraper panoramas from the private balcony and views of the famous Burj Khalifa from the shared swimming pool. Every outlook is a reminder of the fantastic location – Dubai Mall, a bevvy of restaurants, and, of course, the world's tallest building can all be reached on foot. Factor in the communal gym, elegant living space (which is perfectly sized for two), and the option to arrange tours and services, and it's no wonder this pad caught our eye.

*Although there isn’t a desk here, the dining table doubles as a laptop-friendly workspace if you’re travelling for business.
