This split-level first and second floor apartment boasts 4 comfortable bedrooms, including 3 king-sized beds and one double bedroom, accommodating up to 7 guests. You'll find two shower rooms, one family shower room, and one en-suite, perfect for a family or group of friends. The well-equipped kitchen-dining room with modern appliances and separate living room, plus a small study/snug, provide ample space to relax and entertain.

We offer free wifi, electricity, and heating, and provide bed linen and towels, making your stay as comfortable as possible. Please note that dogs and smoking are not allowed in our property, and stag or hen parties are not permitted.

Check-in starts from 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. To ensure a smooth check-in process for all guests, we kindly ask you to leave the property clean and tidy.

Located in central Minehead, The Lofthouse is within easy walking distance of a selection of restaurants, pubs, cafes, tea rooms, and shops. The fish and chip take away on the ground level below The Lofthouse is an added bonus! Minehead also has supermarkets and petrol stations on the outskirts of town, as well as high street banks with cash machines and a range of independent shops. The seafront is just 1/2 mile away, waiting to be explored.

Facilities
The entrance door opens into a small hall, with stairs directly up to the first floor.

On the first floor is the kitchen, sitting room, main bathroom, one double bedroom and the king-size master bedroom. Upstairs again to the second floor are the two further bedrooms, including the en-suite shower room

The kitchen is well-equipped with electric cooker and hob, freestanding fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, dishwasher.

Wifi, electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation. Central heating is fitted throughout the property and can be adjusted to suit your preferences.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience. Please bring outdoor/beach towels if you wish to take them with you on day trips away from the property.

Sorry, no dogs at The Lofthouse, and strictly no stag or hen parties.

Note: Entrance to the property is via a garden side gate with steps immediately down inside the gate, there is a handrail but please take care upon arrival and make sure children are supervised.

Instructions for the appliances can be found in the bottom of the kitchen drawer. Please put back once used and leave for other guests.

Minehead is a lovely seaside town that sits on the edge of Exmoor National Park. If walking is your passion, there is no better place to be. It's also the terminus for West Somerset Railway, the longest heritage railway in Britain.
