The Last Tycoon

Perched upon a hillside above Cala Canyelles beach, The Last Tycoon embodies the carefree Mediterranean atmosphere. You can be on the sand in just a few minutes, and while that’s hard to resist, it’s worth taking a moment to appreciate the house. It’s quite remarkable, with a list of amenities that just goes on and on. The interiors have been designed with Spanish culture in mind, each bedroom taking on the name of a Spanish artist. It’s over the top, but in such an unabashedly bold house, it kind of works. Of course, the fact that each has an en-suite bathroom (and a couple of those have jacuzzis) doesn’t hurt. All of this fits with the spirit of sheer luxury that runs through the home. Where else can you try your hand at the drums while looking out across a pool and the rugged Costa Brava landscape at the Mediterranean beyond?
