Nestled on the shores of Lake Como, a mere ten-minute drive from Bellagio, this four-storey villa boasts panoramic water views and a private pool. The fourth floor isn’t accessible, but there’s still plenty of space for up to ten guests to spread out across the remaining three floors – although it’s worth noting that at full occupancy, two people will draw the short straw and sleep on the sofa bed on the second floor. Still, with the tranquillity of the garden and private access to the lake, you’re highly likely to spend most of your time in the outdoor space, soaking up the sun, dining alfresco and enjoying the lake vistas.
Home truths: *While not all bathrooms are photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent.
*We recommend hiring a car. There's private parking for two cars here.
*There are approximately 50-60 steps to descend to reach the entrance, whilst parking is at street level so you'll have to carry your luggage or request a porter service
*Guests have access to all areas of this home, apart from the fourth floor which is closed off.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in a communal area on the second floor.
*The swimming pool is open between June and September. The pool isn't heated or fenced and there's also private access to the lake here, so if you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised.
