Fitting more than ten guests into a single home is tricky, so this estate is comprised of three — all luxurious and equipped with everything you might need for a great stay. It's situated in the middle of California's wine country, making it easy to visit the nearby wineries to sample the local vintages. For those who prefer staying in and relaxing, there's plenty to do at home too. You'll find the sparkling private swimming pool surrounded by plenty of sun loungers, where you can splash around or catch some rays. There's also a barbecue area and a fire pit, ideal for keeping your guests cosy and well-fed after dark. Plus, there's plenty to explore in the sprawling grounds – including your own vineyard, fruit orchard, and even an equestrian centre. * Up to twenty-two guests can sleep on the estate, but this means some of them will be sleeping on the sofa beds and you'll need to ask the host first if you're bringing more than sixteen
* Quiet hours are between 9pm and 7am — no noise, parties, or loud gatherings are permitted
* If you're planning to bring pets, you'll need to let the host know in advance and there will be an extra fee per pet
*You'll probably want a car for getting around – there is space to park at the house
