With beautiful views of the scenic countryside and the Ionian Sea, against the backdrop of cypress groves, palm trees, fragrant citrus trees, this villa is a dream. We think the traditional decor adds a touch of authenticity, but it might not be to everyone’s taste. The villa was once an olive press factory, and the machinery still stands in the living area – it’s a cool and unique feature but doesn’t make for the cosiest living space. We imagine you’ll be spending most of your time in the grassy garden area or beside the pool, anyway. Your lovely host can arrange car hire should you want it, but you are within walking distance of Kalami village and its quaint streets, waterfront restaurants, bars, and most importantly, the beach.
Home truths: *We recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's plenty of parking space on the driveway.
*Your host can provide a complimentary cot and high chair – this must be requested when booking and you’ll need to bring your own cot linen.
*This home was originally an olive press factory and there's an olive press machine in the living area. The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
*There's table tennis here. There's also an outdoor shower.
*This villa is located on a hill, so while the views are beautiful, it is slightly sloped. Because of this, there are eight steps leading down to the pool area. There are also steps around the home and a steep spiral staircase.
