This lavish home is a harmonious blend of traditional charm and luxurious modern design. Presenting as a classic finca from the outside, step through the wooden doors to admire grand, design-led rooms. This is lateral living at its finest: the common space spans the length of the ground floor, with each room flowing seamlessly into the next. Crimson walls and wooden roof beams create a bold, chic space, while sumptuous cream furniture and plenty of natural light make the living room a serene place to relax. There are a total of six sumptuous bedrooms with double beds – two downstairs and four upstairs. We love the two main bedrooms, each fitted with a sofa, armchairs, a TV and a minibar.
This is the perfect year-round house. In the summer months, spend long lazy days lounging by the saltwater pool, well suited for swimming lengths, or simply splashing around in together. The house is set in a 1,000-square-metre garden, so you’ll have plenty of peace and privacy. Come lunch, head 3 kilometres into Manacor, the nearest town, where there is a range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Enjoy tapas at one of the family-run restaurants, or pick up some local produce to throw on the outdoor grill at home. For a beach day, head 16 kilometres to Cala Agulla, a beautiful sandy beach with turquoise waters. After a day of sun, sea, and swimming, enjoy a soak in the spa bath before gathering together for sunset drinks on the terrace.
