They have one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a separate family bathroom. It can sleep four people in two bedrooms. It has an open plan living room with a wood burning stove, dining area and a small fitted kitchen, which opens out onto a paved patio with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. They have a 10m indoor swimming pool in a detached outbuilding a short distance from The Coach House. There is ample parking directly outside the property. The Coach House is the ultimate holiday destination.

Two bedrooms: 1 x kingsize, 1 x twin (best suited for 2 children or 1 adult). Bathroom with bath,walk in shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner.

This detached country house is located in Lympstone, Devon which has views over the Rive Exe. It has opportunities for walking, cycling and sailing on the Exe estuary. If interested in expansive scenery and wildlife Dartmoor National Park is half an hour’s drive away. You won’t be short of beaches with places like Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth on your doorstep. Cruises are available for fishing and birdwatching on the River Exe itself and don’t forget the award winning children’s adventure park at Crealy Park.

Region
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
