The living areas in barn conversion consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen hosting electric double ovens, a hob, a fridge, coffee maker, a dining area with overall seating for 11 people, a sitting area with a TV, along with a utility/boot room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.1, a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. Please note that pets are not allowed. Smoking is also not allowed. Wilberfoss is a prosperous village and civil parish settled within the East Riding of Yorkshire. A pub, a general store/Post Office, a butcher, a hairdresser, a garden shop, and a variety of local businesses are all located inside the Parish. York, the walled city, is scenic drive away. The majestic York Minster, Clifford's Tower, and the Jorvik Viking Centre are all must-see sites in the city. On the doorstep lies North York Moors National Park, where you can explore a 26-mile Jurassic-era shoreline, or explore the moorland and woodland havens.
