It’s impossible to run out of things to do immediately on your doorstep with the Odéon Théâtre and chic Boulevard Saint-Germain each within a ten-minute walk. From your privileged riverside spot, you’ve access to fantastic views of the Île de la Cité—the oldest settlement in Paris—and the Notre Dame in the distance. The home itself has an impressively large living space that occupies a whole floor. With a home cinema set-up, pool table and a striking Yamaha piano, there's enough to keep the whole group entertained for days. The twin bedroom makes it ideal for a large family with children—and then some, given the expansive dining table that seats up to 14 people.

*The massage tub, though large, is only to be used by a single guest at a time to avoid flooding
