The owners live next door, but you won’t hear a peep from them unless there’s something you need. Locally, there’s plenty to keep you occupied and a selection of eateries nearby to tantalise your tastebuds.

*There's private parking for two cars here. Parking for one further car is available upon request.
*You'll have access to 12 acres of wildlife meadows, a stream and a pond here. If you're bringing children, they'll need to be supervised at all times due to the unfenced pond and stream.
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*There's a small step into the kitchen and two small steps from the kitchen into the living room.
*This home adjoins the owners' home, though you won't hear from them.
*Conservatory furniture may be used outdoors, but please bring it in at night.
