* This home is not for minimalists – there’s a lot of personal belongings and it might be a little too cluttered for some
* Heavy packers be aware – there’s not a lot of space for unpacking your suitcase
* There’s currently no printed home manual – it’s on the host’s computer
* There was some construction going on inside the home when we visited – it might get noisy
* A dog lives here a lot of the time, so while she won't be around, it's worth knowing about
* Guests 3 and 4 would be on a sofa bed in bedroom two
* It is a lived-in home – expect a little wear and tear here and there
