A really beautiful and spacious holiday apartment that leaves nothing to be desired.

Beautiful and well-kept apartment. The pictures show the actual condition. Light comes into the dark bedrooms at night through the frosted glass doors. Spectacular view. The evening program with concerts and disco in the harbor always went on until after 3:00 a.m., sleeping on these days was only possible with earplugs. The last 200m of the journey is along a narrow and single-lane road. Oncoming traffic possible. Parking directly in front of the house on the very narrow private parking space. We recommend the apartment

The accommodation was very clean and everything was fine. Exactly as the pictures showed. The key handover on site went smoothly. The nice lady could also speak German well and explained everything to us well. She also had a few good TIPS for your stay on site. The driveway to the house is indeed a bit narrow. No problem for experienced drivers. We really enjoyed the stay. I can highly recommend the accommodation.

Fantastic! Clean, well supervised and very spacious

The location of the apartment with this view is beautiful. Access and parking was also possible with our VW Sharan. It's tight but doable. The apartment was very clean and the woman who handed over the keys was very nice and can also speak German quite well. We traveled as a family of five with children aged 8, 13 and 15. A stepped footpath starts right at the parking lot and you can get to the beach and harbor relatively quickly. The train station is about a 45 minute walk

A perfect and spacious apartment in an indescribable location with a gigantic view. Apartment sparkling clean, everything like new and more than fully equipped. We had a wonderful time - thank you very much!

If you want to wake up every morning with the most beautiful sunrise, you've come to the right place. The apartment is well equipped, the location is wonderful. It is also wonderful that there is a parking space for small cars.

Our expectations were high due to the great pictures and were fully met. Haven't seen a better equipped kitchen in a vacation rental. Several German-speaking travel guides available. We often preferred to leave the car at home because of the steep road. The footpath to the two town centers of Imperia is a bit long (steep way back), but okay for healthy adults. The administrator was very friendly and helpful. Overall highly recommended.

Access only with a small, smaller car. Otherwise great. Only to be recommended. The handover was perfect. very nice people. Thanks for the nice days cleanliness can't be beat.

In the modern and fully equipped holiday apartment you can live comfortably without the restrictions in comfort that you are (unfortunately) used to from other holiday apartments in Italy. Rest is guaranteed. The view of the marina and the Mediterranean Sea is great! The last 500 m of the approach are winding and narrow. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a - well - older residential building with a correspondingly old but still functional elevator.

Top apartment, with plenty of equipment and a gigantic view. We lacked nothing. The only downside: narrow driveway and parking lot, partly blocked, only partially suitable for large cars.
