For 2 families with small children the house is very good, lots of space outside around the house. Cleanliness could be better, upholstery furniture with stains, mirrors with fingerprints, dishes weren't clean, but that was due to the dishwasher not washing up clean. Bathroom above air vent moldy and not presentable. Pillows on the couch looked rather scruffy. Knives in the kitchen not good.
