Sweet Harmony

While it lacks a little in the character department, Sweet Harmony spoils you with a location that’s hard to beat. In less than ten minutes, you can be lying on a sandy beach without a care in the world. And when you’ve had enough of that, you can grab a post-beach bite at the cafes and restaurants along one of the cooler stretches of Allenby Street and its offshoots. Even though the immediate neighbourhood is on the more hectic side (when it comes to traffic), it’s also a lively part of Tel Aviv that’s extremely well-connected to the rest of the city.

Home truths:
* There is no proper dining table separate to the breakfast bar in the kitchen
* As it's located on Allenby Street, there will likely be some traffic noise
* The bathroom has some wear and tear in places
* There's no in-person check-in and welcome, your keys will be left in a lockbox accessible with a code
* The design is on the more practical side
* All pillows and blankets are synthetic
* There's only one proper bedroom, so guest 3 and 4 would be on the sofa-bed in the living room
* When we visited, the building next door was undergoing construction
