Above the sapphire waters of Kalo Livadi Bay, this sugar-white villa sits pretty as a picture. The turquoise water of the infinity pool is all that seems to separate the sprawling terrace from the Aegean sea below, lined with loungers and double day beds to soak up the sun all day long. Shade from the heat on the covered veranda, where there’s outdoor dining for the whole group, a lounge area and a built-in summer kitchen for long, lazy barbecues. Sunsets over the ocean are best witnessed from the bubbling warmth of the integrated hot tub.
Inside, this villa is all about enjoying yourself. The open dining and living room is a social space in soothing soft blue, white and wood, and there’s a cinema and games room for evenings in. Cooking is a delight in the boho-chic kitchen with its sleek white units and wooden breakfast bar. There are two hotel-suite-like bedrooms to choose from, both with their own seating area and one with a kitchenette to make your morning cup of coffee in peace. But each of the other bedrooms are just as delightful with sea views from big windows. Our favourite thing has to be the private spa in the basement, with a hammam, steam room and Jacuzzi for the ultimate relaxation session.
