3-room semi-detached house 82 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 sofabed (90 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, double hand-basin.
The house is very clean, the pool is pleasant but the outside area is in very poor condition. Screws are sticking out of the panels around the pool, panels are lifting and are partially broken. There are loungers but no trailers, which is too expensive for the landlady. The stone house is very cool inside, great on hot days, but in May you freeze. We were not informed that there was construction work on the house (drilling, hammering, sanding every day), not a quiet holiday home like the one we booked.

Beautiful, clean holiday home in a quiet location with a very friendly, child-loving hostess. She is always available to help with questions and has valuable tips on how to plan your holiday. Our two children loved their cat, who visited us every day to play. When the weather is warm, the renovated/refurbished holiday home with its thick walls is pleasantly cool. We felt comfortable. The only thing was that we didn't have ideal weather conditions at Pentecost.

An incredibly great place for a relaxing holiday. Incredibly great and caring hosts who even surprised us with a meal. Everything was very clean and perfectly equipped. If we go to Rabac again, we will definitely be happy to stay there again! It's great that something like this still exists.

We spent an incredibly lovely holiday at S.'s. The landlady lives right next door and is very friendly, helping in any situation. The house is very lovingly furnished, superbly equipped and very clean. The surrounding area is beautiful and there are many great bathing bays. We will definitely be back!

Dear ladies, dear gentlemen, we were more than satisfied, a very nice house in a quiet location and yet only a few minutes by car from the town center to be able to use a good range of shops. Fas house is very tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The landlords are extremely warm and spoil their guests with Croatian specialties. In addition, many everyday items are provided free of charge. Just great.

We spent a wonderful holiday in this accommodation. The decor was very tasteful and the pool was perfect for our kids. The location is pleasantly quiet. Some beaches are easy to reach by car. We were lovingly looked after by Dajana and thank you for this great vacation.

We had our absolute dream vacation in this house! The homeowner welcomed us warmly and with food and always took care of us. Such a good-hearted person doesn't come around very often! The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. Also very, very clean and nothing is missing!
