Take in the Downtown Dubai vistas from this home's balcony accessed from the bedroom. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped – make some Emirati pancakes for breakfast before going for a swim in the communal swimming pool. We have to say, the shared facilities are excellent here. As well as the pool, there's a barbeque area, a playground for the kids, a gym, landscaped gardens, shops and supermarkets. Most of the city's main attractions are a ride away, though. The Dubai Mall is a fifteen-minute drive, while the Palm Jumeirah and the Burj Al Arab are just under twenty-five minutes in the car.
