Situated on the Grade 1 listed Lanherne Convent estate, the property dates back to the late 1800s and is set in the picturesque village of St Mawgan, only 5 minutes drive to the coast and the popular beaches of Mawgan Porth and Watergate Bay. The cottage boasts a log burner in the kitchen and in the living room as well as underfloor heating downstairs for cosy winter weeks, as well as multiple garden areas with beautiful mature apple trees and flowers for perfect sunny afternoons.  The award winning pub is a short stroll and so is the local shop and tea room, so it's the perfect base for the days you want to stay close to home as well as when you ready for an adventure at the coast.
