NB: Whilst the property accommodates nine people, it is situated in a village location and, therefore parties and loud music disturb the local residents and are not permitted. NB: The main entrance door has a motion detecting facility which faces over the driveway and garage area. This is only viewed when the property is unoccupied and activity is detected.
