Five-Star Spencer Dock is arguably Dublin’s most impressive waterfront development. Its prestigious location on the banks of the River Liffey is enhanced by the cultural and entertainment experiences on offer.
The immediate environs appeal to devotees of both contemporary and traditional Ireland, with views stretching from the Famine sculptures on the quay to the Samuel Beckett bridge.
Spencer Dock offers a selection of apartments and exclusive penthouses with interiors exuding warm timber hues and superb natural light. Award winning grounds and courtyards create a calming escape from the pace of city life.
There are plenty of opportunities for outdoor leisure activities with excellent jogging and cycling routes as well as the advantage of Spencer Dock’s own linear park on the doorstep.
LUAS, Dublin's light rail transport network is just outside the apartment, facilitating ready access to all the cultural and entertainment delights of the city.
There are a host of amenities on the doorstep; traditional Irish pubs, fine dining restaurants and the 02 is within walking distance.
"Design, spacious and practical" The apartments are located just 3min walk to IFSC area. with a lot of supermarkets, coffee shops, food court in less 7min walking. The furnitures are quite new and very design. If you have any possibilities, I

"Perfect Vacation Apartment!" I highly recommend the Spencer Dock Apartments! Excellent location, accommodations are so great, and the people you work with are awesome. I will stay there for business or vacation the next time I'm in Dublin.

A great stay in Dublin My company booked me a 2BHK stay at Spencer Docs through Dublin City Apartments for a month in Jan-2018. My stay was very cosy, warm and comfortable. Rooms are large, and exceptionally neat with all amenities. Free Wi-FI. They also offer Airport pick and drop service. Rooms are cleaned once a week. City Center is a good 20-25 mins walk from here and that was the only down-point as my work location was on Parnell Street. Also few restaurants close by for a quick grab.
