Rooms and heating were good to very good. Balcony needs to be renovated. Organization on the day of arrival (New Year's Eve) poor. Reception only opens at 4:00 p.m. and at this time the rooms have not yet been cleaned. Difficult to find a room as there are no clues as to where the Sowell Residence rooms are. 2 employees in the Sowell reception on the day of arrival with so many arriving guests totally overwhelmed. Why only Saturday as arrival and departure day? Would also relieve road traffic.
