This apartment is first and foremost ideally located. Near the Arsenale, in a quiet neighborhood a few minutes from St. Mark's Square and all amenities (COOP supermarket, pizzeria, gelateria, vaporetto stop) The apartment itself is beautiful, very well equipped (appliances, dishes), in a beautiful building with a privileged view of one of the countless canals of Venice.

We loved being there! Comfortable accommodation for 4 people although one bedroom quite small. We stayed 4 nights and didn’t try to prepare meals in the small kitchen but it was well provided with glasses, cups and cutlery. There was no coffee pod machine, as described in the details.
The location near the Arsenale was convenient for a cafe and not too far from a supermarket and vaporetta stops.
We'd go there again.

Spacious and nicely decorated apartment and very friendly reception, everything is there to have a perfect stay. The women only found the mattresses a bit too hard. The location was perfect for us close to the Arsenale.

Exceptionally well maintained holiday home in a good yet quiet location. We stayed for a week with 2 children and really enjoyed it. The apartment is just as beautiful as shown in the pictures. Many thanks also to the nice key holder!
