3-room house 70 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and modern furnishings: upper floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). Exit to the patio. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 x 2 bunk beds. Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: (open staircase) living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings with 1 sofabed, dining table and TV.
The manager and the landlord were very committed and helpful. Great internet connection. Washing machine usable with restrictions.

Good little house near the lake. There is no personal parking space as described, you have to park on the street. Space is not always secure.

There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms, no storage space in the second bedroom and I think it is only suitable for e.g. children. The landlord spoke no English at all. And the bikes were not roadworthy. Difficult road to the house. But the beautiful scenery slightly compensates for the shortcomings!
