TV only in Spanish, WiFi only on explicit request; hot water only after about 4-5 minutes, no on-site support, sort out waste disposal yourself as the places shown did not have containers, you get a video on how to get from the wrong property entrance to the right one, you get a video on how to get into the house through the servants' entrance, no description in the house of how which devices work, to pay the tourist tax you see the supervisor for 15 minutes at the end
