We were two adults and six children. The house is quiet and beautifully situated. It has a sea view. You always need a car for shopping, which was fine for us. Unfortunately, some things, like the sun loungers and garden chairs, needed replacing or even restocking. There weren't enough chairs outside, so we had to bring some inside. But it wasn't a big deal. What bothers me most now, though, is that after 10 days, I still haven't received my €500 deposit.

Very well-kept finca with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all with glass doors and no old or dirty shower curtains. Gardeners also take care of the pool. The manager is always available, but only in English or Spanish. The kitchen and crockery are all well-kept and complete. A cot and highchair are available.

The location is close to the cove, in a very quiet residential area. The layout and amenities are excellent. The terrace and pool are very spacious. The garden is well-maintained. Excellent views of the sea and the Bay of Palma.

Very bad sewer smell in the bathrooms. Unbearable for a rental at this price. It seems to be coming from the toilet drain in the first bedroom on the right in the hallway. The toilet bowl outlet pipe is moving. We have caulking with rags and towels to make it bearable. Already reported by other tenants on the site

The owner is very nice. Everything from the handing over of the keys to the acceptance of the finca. We 5 adults had a nice week in the finca and would recommend it to friends and come back ourselves.

All in all ok. However, the defects should be eliminated because they have probably been there for a long time. Two patio chairs broken and only 7 instead of 8 available. In two bathrooms it stinks from the shower at times. The inner dining table is missing chairs. Only 1 large towel per person and 11 days. Just a small towel for two people and 11 days. Pool is great, kitchen well equipped.
