Nestled in the market town of Masham, this home is spread over four floors and easily manages to be equal parts charming and practical. You'll have your own private garden to sit out in and enjoy drinks on a sunny day or a calm evening after dining alfresco. If the temperature drops, gather everyone in the living room, fire up the wood burner, and stream your favourite flick. Although everyone is sure to get a great night's sleep here, we recommend calling dibs on the double bedroom for scenic views over the park to the river.

If you're into biking, you'll also find bike storage in the back garden, and if road cycling is your thing you'll find plenty of great routes taken straight from the Tour De Yorkshire. Masham itself is popular all year round with family-run breweries, steam engines, and one of the largest market squares in all of Europe. Stay local, or drive a little further afield and visit the nearby towns of Ripon, Richmond and Harrogate.
