Situated just half an hour south of Lisbon, this family home provides a nice base to explore Portugal from. Parts of the home, such as the bathroom, are a tad dated but it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. There’s even a downstairs office, if you need to catch up on some work. The kids will have a great time here – with a pool, trampoline and swings and slide, the garden is one giant playground. For more entertainment, pop down to the beach or play a round of golf– both ten minutes away by car.
