This cosy villa is perched on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea. The waves are, quite literally, on your doorstep – whether you're relaxing on the lounge chairs, swimming in the pool, or dining alfresco, you can make the most of the coastal views. Inside, the shabby chic design won't be everyone's cup of tea, but there's plenty of space for families to sprawl out and get comfortable. Besides, the excellent location means you'll likely be out and about – Mimosa Beach and Konnos Bay are both within walking distance, while Ayia Napa and Protaras are only a short drive away.

*While one bathroom isn't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*Your host can provide a complimentary cot and high chair – this must be requested at the time of booking, and you'll need to bring your own cot linen.
*A car isn't necessary here, but we suggest hiring one if you're keen to explore the area. Off-road parking is available.
*The shabby chic design inside may not appeal to everyone's tastes.
*There's no fence in the garden to separate the lawn from the sea. Children will need to be supervised, and you may see people walking past on their way to the beach.
