Head to the lively nightlife hub of the Old Port, a fifteen-minute walk away, and the beach is just a ten-minute stroll.

The apartment itself is styled in marble effect and concrete sleekness with sunlight streaming in through warehouse-style windows above the kitchen. Pops of lipstick red come courtesy of sofa cushions and raw wood accents add some warmth. Our favourite thing about this spot has to be the bedroom, with its wall of glass opening up over the leafy-green street below.
