On the outskirts of the picturesque village of Cuddington, this two-storey home had us smitten. While unassuming on the outside, it is well-equipped to be your home-from-home whatever the weather, with indoor and outdoor spaces for dining – if you're not heading to the village pub, that is. The skylights in the bathroom and bedroom are nice touches, and we love that there's a view from upstairs. That said, guests on the sofa bed downstairs might feel the area is a little cramped – we think the home is better for families or a couple.
Home truths: *At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*Guests will need to climb a narrow spiral staircase to reach upstairs here. It might be difficult for guests with less mobility, or those who have lots of luggage.
*There's a dedicated workspace here if you are looking to work while away.
*Due to this home's remote location, you might find that the phone signal is patchy from time to time.
*We recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There’s free parking here.
