Spaces Lounge and Dining Area Off the entrance hall, the ground floor comprises a large open plan space, with lounge and dining areas to the front and back, with an impressively kitted-out kitchen in between. To the front, you first enter into a luxurious dining area with exquisitely upholstered comfortable dining chairs, for leisurely evenings dining in front of the window (oh, did we mention the view is amazing?), set off by chic pendant lights. A seating area to the front of the house is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an aperitif. The decor is ocean-inspired, with elegant greys, blues picking up the colours of the sea.
Kitchen Area The large kitchen is fantastically well-equipped for the keen chef, with marble top island, double Cuisinemaster range and gas hobs, and an American-style fridge with ice maker. The Belfast sink and chic grey cupboards paired with marble counters provide the perfect finishing touches to this stylish heart of the home.
Another dining area and seating area to the rear of the kitchen allow you to follow the sun from sunrise to sunset, watching it dip below the hills from here. The two separate dining areas are also great for families, leaving the kids their own space to tuck into a pizza while the grown-ups enjoy some more sophisticated dining!
A spacious and well-equipped laundry/utility room has access to the garden to the rear of the house. It's equipped with a washer, dryer and plenty of storage, as well as a WC. This is a really useful area to leave all the gear after a day at the beach or out on the water enjoying paddle boarding or surfing.
Living Room Plush carpeted stairs lead up a few steps to the main cosy sitting room. Floor to ceiling windows are sure to distract your attention from whatever is on the super-sized television. For cosy nights there's a stove…but if the sun is shining the balcony is sure to lure you outside.
Bedrooms A few more steps lead up to the four beautifully appointed bedrooms. The plush carpeting continues, complemented by restful duck egg blue paint and contemporary abstract art prints. To the back there is a double bedroom and a single room, both catching the evening sun and west-facing hill views.
Two double bedrooms to the front have mirrored sliderobes, views over Dingle Bay and Eask Tower (and blackout blinds for those who don't want to see the morning sun too early!). One bedroom is en suite with contemporary tiling and rain shower. There is also a shared family bathroom with rain shower and jacuzzi bath.
Outside Space The house has large gardens and plenty of parking space. Balcony terraces at the fronton the house provide the perfect spot to enjoy the views. Please not, this house is not wheelchair accessible as there are steps leading up to both the back and front doors.
Office Down a few steps from the ground floor is a large light-filled office room, boasting the huge windows and its own door, ideal for those who can extend their holiday with a bit of working from home. It would also make a great playroom area, with plenty of space.
