4-room villa 150 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room 50 m2 with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, 2 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine).
The house is modern, however: - the beds only have a hard wooden board under the mattress. We had to sleep on the floor because of back pain. - the sliding windows to the terrace and the balconies were very difficult to open and close. - There were neither chairs nor tables on the balconies, so they were useless. - the coffee machine took ages to make a pot of coffee. - the microwave kept switching to "lock" - Unfortunately, no further information is available for other defects.

We were there for 2 weeks with 4 people and a small dog. We really liked it, everything was very clean and absolutely high quality. I can only recommend it.

Everything new and well equipped. Nice pool. Only the door handles are too loud, especially at night when you have to get out, they crunch and squeak terribly. The beds are extremely cheap. Under our bed was no slatted frame but only a chipboard! Otherwise 5 stars for the facility and the pool. Reliable and punctual handover of keys.

Unfortunately, the house is right on the main road, so it's not completely quiet, but it's not disturbing either. The extensive beach can be easily reached on foot in 10 minutes. Small supermarket, bakery and restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity of the same house. Larger supermarkets are available in sufficient numbers 2-5 kilometers away. There are also beautiful cities nearby (Fazana, Pula, Medulin). The neighbor takes care of the garbage anyway, change of towels, etc.
