Living Area
Although the entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor everything in the property is up one flight of stairs on the first floor.
The open plan living area is spacious and light with a large leather corner sofa that seats seven. There is also a stylish yellow armchair and contemporary white coffee table. The Sea View is evident from the window in the lounge, and there is a flat screen smart TV mounted on the wall in the corner.
Kitchen and Dining area
The Kitchen/Dining area is part of the open plan living room. There is a rustic wooden dining table that seats six people comfortably. The stylish and contemporary kitchen comes fully equipped with electric hobs, grill/oven and microwave. There are the usual appliances like a toaster and a kettle. There is a white kitchen island with modern chrome overhead lighting. The island has three tan leather low back bar stools that can comfortably seat three making food preparation social and fun.
Outside space
The property features a very large and beautifully manicured lawn with views of the sea. There is also a raised wooden decking area with seaviews and seating for four people which is the ideal place to relax, with a soothing beverage, after a day of walking and sightseeing.
Bedrooms
There are four comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom is a decorated in neutral tones with a double bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables and easy chair. The stylish white ensuite bathroom has a toilet, sink and spacious shower cubicle.
The remaining three bedrooms are laid out in a row next door to the living area.
Bedroom two features a double bed, wardrobe, side drawers and an easy chair and again boasts an ensuite bathroom featuring a sink, toilet and shower cubicle.
Bedroom three is a twin with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, side drawers, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom again features toilet, sink and a shower cubicle.
Bedroom four is also a twin with two single beds, wardrobe, side drawers and an easy chair. There is also an ensuite with toilet, sink and shower cubicle.
Bathroom
Each of the bedrooms boasts a calming and neutral coloured ensuite bathroom. The bathrooms are all configured the same with sink, toilet and a spacious shower cubicle.
