Sorry to have to give such a bad review. Have previously spent holidays in the house with great satisfaction. This year there was constant noise and noise from both neighboring lots; one is clearing a larger area with a chainsaw, digger and similar machines. It was noisy from early morning to late evening. It was so loud and stressful that we couldn't be at the pool and terrace. The other neighbor is completing a new roof with associated noise. We were all very affected by the constant noise and the holiday ruined.

The garden, the swimming pool and the view of the whole of Barolo are unforgettable. The beds were very good, the kitchen well equipped. As is often the case in Italy, there is no comfortable sofa in the living room and because it is a historic villa, the house is a bit dark. There is a very nice bakery 100 m away and you can also walk to the supermarket. Great starting point for excursions. Our Monforte d'Alba, Cherasco and Alba. The wine tasting with the owners is highly recommended!

Beautiful building, view of valley with vineyards. Lovely pool. The beds are hard without mattress pads. The traffic can be heard from the pool and patio.

The place La Morra is beautiful, the villa also has potential, but is in urgent need of renovation and extremely badly soundproofed. There are hardly any sockets, the TV has antiquarian value. The cleanliness in the kitchen upon arrival left a lot to be desired. The administrator only speaks Italian. The pool is nice, but 2 guests got rashes from the water. It should be cleaned more often. We think the size information is questionable.
