A house in poor condition and need of alot of renovations. The kitchen and kitchen supplies are broken. The bathrooms are in need of renovations. There is a faul smell from the downstairs bathroom that persisted the entier week we rented the house. There is an issue with ants in the entiere house. There is a bird problem. Bird dropping all over the outside areas and the swimmingpool. Had to be cleaned every day to feel somewhat hygenic. Would not recommend families to go here.

Older house with some defects. Terraces without furniture, no umbrellas, no bowls in the kitchen, bed bugs in the large bedroom, wifi only works in the house and only on the ground floor. But great pool in beautiful garden with mature trees - made up for most of it

The equipment is not the most modern, but you have everything you need. A lot of space inside and outside. The pool was always clean when the pump was running, even though it's under trees. Even with 36 degrees outside temperature, the pool was always nice and cold. The house is on a road with little traffic, so it is really very quiet. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check out at a later time at no extra charge. We were very satisfied

Unkempt, run down, dream property, poor and defective equipment, J., very friendly and tried-but unfortunately unreliable, guest toilet = not usable, coffee machines = broken, 3 chairs at the garden table, 5 coffee spoons, no wine glasses, no lockable wardrobe, war mosquitos , but no spray, no mosquito nets, pigeons ... at the pool, etc. Could be even more tough! No German television

The house was smelly, with dirty ceilings, there were ants in the dining room, traces of mold in the bathroom and the drawers in one bedroom were broken out. That's never four stars.

Very good location for this villa, m from an access to the sea by the rocks, km from a pretty beach and located in a quiet area of villas and small buildings. Unfortunately the villa is very poorly maintained: broken bed (!), Taps and washing machine eaten up by tartar, broken or leaking toilet, swimming pool falling apart ...
