On one of the main roads in the city (and alongside some very high-end shops), Sandhill is in a stunning location. It’s actually within a shopping plaza, and restaurants, bars, and the main tourist sights are all easy to reach as well. The flat is decorated simply, but in a wholesome, respectable manner. The lack of flash is by no means indicative of a lack of effort on the part of the host. We particularly liked the little balcony, which was perfect for a morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine.
Home truths: *Finding the door to the building is a little bit tricky – you have to go through the shopping square
*There's no dishwasher, and in general the kitchen is a bit small and dated
*Two people can sleep on a double futon in the living room
