"Sa Coma de Campanet", 5-room house 180 m2 on 2 levels. Object suitable for 6 adults. Spacious and bright, fully renovated, very practical and comfortable furnishings: large living room with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace, TV, satellite TV, flat screen, air conditioning and forced-air heating.
We are torn when it comes to the review. Great location, great house. Only the air conditioning on the ground floor doesn't really work. The manager had the following explanation: Mallorca has to save electricity, so only the fan function. But it was set to cool. The other external unit made a lot of noise. Maybe that's why the neighbor's rooster didn't bother us so much. From 3am onwards.

Away from the heavy traffic, it is a beautiful finca with a wonderful view and a very nice landlord who comes by regularly and is happy to help with problems. We felt comfortable.

Really very nice, except for a bed that cracked terribly and the doors would have to be reworked. Difficult to close. Wonderful terrace, enough loungers and cushions available. 3 top fridges. Owner very friendly. takes care of garbage disposal and the pool every 2 days.
