This Tuscan villa was once a hotel, so it’s well set up for large groups. All of the bedrooms are en-suite, there’s an industrial kitchen, and the huge lounge has plenty of sofas. With an indoor and outdoor pool, you can swim in every season here. Plus there’s a sauna and two of the en-suites have Jacuzzi bathtubs. The decor feels a little dated – particularly the bathrooms – but we love the formal dining room and the conservatory overlooking the Tuscan countryside. Located in the centre of Valdichiana, there are plenty of opportunities for hiking in the area. Or you can jump in the car for a day trip to the hilltop town of Cortona or the Medieval city of Arezzo.
Home truths: *The swimming pools aren’t fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
