Rosen is a very smart first-floor apartment with sea views, situated in Newquay, just a minutes stroll from Fistral Beach. It sleeps 4 in two bedrooms – a double with balcony and a twin together with a shower-room and a bathroom. There is an open-plan living-dining room-kitchen area with balcony. This is a superbly located apartment for relaxing after a fun day at the beach. There is so much to do and see in this lively town, and nearby there is Watergate Bay, golf and National Trust Trerice House to visit.

All one level. Two bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with balcony and en suite shower-room, 1 x twin (2'6" beds, zip-linkable to 5' double on request) with balustrade. Open-plan living area with sitting area, kitchen and dining area with sonos and glazed doors to balcony. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Area
Newquay is the home of the UK's surf scene, boasting three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a water sports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember.
