The villa turned out to be much better than in the photos (usually it's the opposite ;)). The building itself is not new, but it is in very good condition, and some rooms have recently undergone cosmetic repairs. Everything is very clean. The house is fully equipped. The layout of the bedrooms is very convenient – far from the "party" areas. There is an excellent pool and a beautiful territory. The location is great – less than a kilometer to the beach and 1.2 km to the restaurants in the Marina
