Holiday home High above the beach in Downderry is Rock Rose, a beautiful seaside home. This superb house has four bedrooms and sleeps eight people. On the ground floor is a ground floor king-size double with an en-suite shower room, with three further bedrooms, all with stunning sea views and two more elegant shower rooms on the first floor. The open plan living area has been arranged to ensure that the magnificent seascape is never far from view. Outside is a width of house decked area with table and chairs and a Mediterranean sunken garden as well as parking for two cars.

Area Downderry is a small quiet coastal village situated in south east Cornwall. Downderry has a sheltered beach, Post Office and shop, deli, and a cliff top pub and an excellent restaurant, serving quality local food

The villa is tastefully decorated , spotlessly clean and has fantastic views of the seas . The whole experience of rock rose is the exceptional however I would add a couple of cons . Only two parking spaces so if you have more cars it would be a problem as very limited parking around . The house comes with a stair gate for the upstairs but the drop from the top to the bottom outside areas is aproblem. No gate so we put the BBQ to block the drop,we had an 18monthold hence the problem. We had a beautiful week of sunshine but with just two deck chairs and two very very old sun loungers I think an upgrade would help. Is a 5 min walk to the beach. Thourghly recommend rockrose

We went to Rock Rose as a large family group with 3 generations. We had an amazing time. The views from the house were amazing. Excellent balcony facilities and a short walk to a dog friendly beach and facilities. The costal walk to Looe is lovely (only suitable for the fit/able-bodied). The kitchen facilities were excellent. We made glass at the nearby glass shack 4 or 5 doors down. The beds were so comfortable. Bathroom facilities were brilliant upstairs with rainfall shower. We had lovely day trips to the Adrenalin Quarry in Liskard, Looe, Polperro which were all within 30 minutes driving from the house. I recommend staying here.

In August this year, I went to Rock Rose with my family and my parents who were visiting us from India. I had booked 3 night stay. After a long drive of almost 3 and half hours, when we reached Rock Rose, we all forgot our tiredness. The property was in perfect condition. Nice dining and sitting area looking towards ocean. It had a large decking area with step garden - Nice sitting area. Kitchen was fitting with modern appliances. It has a bedroom in ground floor and 3 bedrooms on first floor. Ground floor bedroom is en-suite so is master bedroom on first floor. master bedroom also has large walk-in wardrobe space.
Our stay was very comfortable. No complaints at all. It was a memorable holiday for all of us as we all were together on a holiday after so many years and Rock Rose made it special. Highly recommend Rock Rose to anyone. It can sleep up to 8 people.
