3-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Renovated in 2018, beautiful and wooden furniture furnishings: upper floor: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and TV. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine).
As previously described, the house is located in a beautiful terraced garden (you can see this clearly in the photos). The house is furnished in new condition. The various seating areas on the terraces are particularly nice. Depending on the time of day and year, you can find a suitable spot here. The landlords are friendly and uncomplicated. You can also get along well with a dog. Unfortunately, there is a constant level of noise from the city. There is no comfortable seating area inside.

We were there in August, 2 adults, 1 dog, the very pretty, new and clean house is well equipped, comfortable beds, and because of its hillside location it has a fantastic view of Lake Como and the town of Dongo at the foot of the mountain. A perfect spot for us, you can't get enough of the view. The private wine cellar can be used, the very friendly and welcoming owners provided us with their own produce from the garden.

Very nice accommodation with a great view in an absolutely quiet location. Very nice landlord. However, it should be noted, especially for older guests and pets and families with small children, that there are 60 steps downhill from the parking lot to the apartment. Also in the apartment steep stairs to the bedroom. The approach is very narrow with many curves. Difficult with larger car or a bus.

The accommodation can only be recommended, the view is priceless, simply fantastic from the outside terrace you have a fantastic view of Lake Como plus the mountains. Super nice landlord, you can't complain. The only mango we had was that the pillows were really hard, you couldn't sleep on them, so it's best to bring your own pillows, but otherwise we can only recommend it, and we were very welcome with our shepherd dog
