Built on three levels, this villa has panoramic views of the garden and the countryside from the upper-level terraces. We love the pool surrounded by daybeds and a pergola-shaded dining area (there’s a vineyard within the grounds as well). Inside, there’s plenty of room for entertaining. All bedrooms are en-suite and four have access to a private terrace (at full occupancy some guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in two of the bedrooms). Also, one bedroom is in a separate building on the roof terrace, perfect for those wanting more privacy. You may not want to leave this oasis of calm and luxury, but if you do, you’ll find the charming town of Polignano a Mare, 6 kilometres away.
Home truths: *At full occupancy, four guests will be sleeping on a sofa bed in two of the bedrooms (one bedroom consists of two separate rooms).
*One bedroom is in a separate self-contained annexe on the roof terrace.
*The pool is cleaned and checked daily at a time agreed upon by the guest. It is open from 10th April to 25th October.
*Your hosts kindly ask that children be supervised at all times given the large garden, steps and swimming pool.
*The main bedroom suites have a kitchenette.
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*There are twenty parking spaces here. Please note that recharging electric cars in the villa is not allowed unless previously agreed.
