4-room villa 200 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful furnishings: large living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), shower and TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine).
The description, the equipment, the photos do not correspond at all to the reality on site! A list of problems/malfunctions: no internet-TV; broken summer garden; unfilled and cold jacuzzi (24°); not possible to fill because the watering hose is too short, cold swimming pool; high lawn not maintained; wasp nest; blocked bathroom sink downstairs; children's bathroom light; hood not working; shutters not working; the WHOLE house was dirty (bedding, sofa; toilets, dishes, etc.)
The house is excellently equipped, the pictures correspond to reality. You live a bit outside of the village, but very quiet and in 10 minutes you are in the center of Carnac. The pool, whirlpool and the terrace with a very large garden are the highlights, but the kitchen and the living area are also furnished to a very high standard. Highly recommended.
