Quartier Latin Apartment 11

A very nice holiday apartment in a very good location and with a perfect balcony. The apartment is very well equipped. Only the garage is too small for a normal car and the car can only be parked for a short time in the immediate vicinity. The next free parking space is 10 minutes away.

This apartment was well furnished and in a great position for travelling around the south of France. The only problem we had was the number of insect bites we got on the first night. We then sprayed the curtains/headboard/ anything we could find and used plug ins as well as covering our bodies in lotion. We had thought we would be safe, 5 floors up and with a lovely breeze BUT the swifts flying around were telling us something!

Absolutely delighted with this 2 bedroom apartment in an amazing location, restaurants & beaches close by. The apartment was very well equipped & had plenty of room for the four of us, the mezzanine having it’s own sitting area & twin bedroom with en-suite shower room was great. The main bedroom has a comfy king sized bed with a bathroom next to it.. we especially enjoyed the large balcony with outdoor sofas, overlooking the marina, the 2nd balcony was also great for drying the washing etc..

The apartment is beautifully renovated and bright. From the balcony you can see the sea and the port. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is well equipped. The beach is in 5min. accessible and many different restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The noise level of the restaurants doesn't really bother us, except on Friday and Saturday there was loud music until around midnight. A supermarket within walking distance. The drainage duct on the balcony covered, as a strong smell came from it.

Apartment with a very nice view but a rental for 4 people and not 6 because convertible bed of very very poor quality…. Everything else is perfect except that there is a big loss of water pressure or even more water for a few seconds during showers.

Photos really correspond to the rental. Very well located between the beaches the port the restaurants. Very pleasant stay. Small note: put a real bath mat instead of a disposable one because the floor of the bathroom is slippery and there is a risk of falls. Do it again anyway.
