"Punta Grumo 2", 4-room apartment 120 m2 on 1st floor. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC. 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds.
This house is located directly on Lake Como, where you can swim etc. The view is particularly beautiful. The house certainly offers enough space for 6 people and offers the necessary comfort. What we really missed was an air conditioning, because it was sometimes very warm and little wind to cool down.

The apartment is very nice, with a very good location and facilities. Unfortunately, the fireplace mentioned above cannot be used, which is somewhat contradictory to the description of the apartment. The property management is very keen to help with questions/problems.
