We had a lovely week, the house is very well furnished and you feel at home straight away. The host is very friendly and provided us with a bottle of wine and a large basket of fruit, which was really very generous, we were delighted. Unfortunately the terrace does not have a permanent roof, so you cannot sit outside in bad weather as the parasols are not suitable for rain, otherwise everything was really great. Thank you T. Lovely secluded pool, big house well equipped. Excellent service from the owner - welcoming box of fruit and bottle of wine. Porreres grows on you - excellent restaurants and a few super shops. Central location to the whole island.

Very charming little house, inconspicuous from the outside, where the five of us felt very comfortable. The pool and the terrace and roof terrace are great. It is fully equipped and the owners are extremely friendly and welcomed us with wine and a generous fruit basket. The place is very authentic and is centrally located on the island. The owners always make every effort to ensure that their guests are satisfied. Contrary to the strict Interchalet guidelines, the owners are totally relaxed.

As a welcome gift there was a fruit basket and a good bottle of wine. The handover and return of the apartment was uncomplicated and problem-free. Great apartment with a good location for day trips by car or bike. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself. The pictures keep what they promise. Another time gladly again.

Pros: - very well equipped kitchen - good beds - beautiful courtyard - great grill - parking space in the courtyard - friendly landlord Cons: - right on the street. Entrance door is directly from the living room to the street, sometimes a little noisy and exhaust fumes - Large bathroom smells like sewage sewer, there is something leaking. Remedy: Fragrance spray is provided by the landlord. A repair would be better - electricity for air conditioning must be paid extra for frequent use

We were there for two at the end of September. The weather was great and we really liked the house. It was clean and equipped with everything you need, but the lovely furnishings, the pool and the very friendly and helpful owner are particularly worth mentioning. The place is quiet and absolutely not touristy, which we liked and with a car you can easily get to all places on the island. We would recommend the house immediately and come back ourselves.

That's exactly how we imagined it!! Nice, cozy and lovingly furnished cottage with pool in the middle of town! 15 minutes drive to the beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance! Great vacation!!

The house is really very nice. But what I would like to highlight is the cleanliness. It was really super clean. Our kids had a lot of fun in the pool. The house has a parking lot which was very convenient for us with the rental car. The house is in a beautiful town and a supermarket is within walking distance. The most beautiful beach in Mallorca for us, "Es trenc", can be reached in 25km.

Vacation in this house is worth it! Live in the middle of town and yet undisturbed. The cottage is fully equipped, lovingly designed and maintained. Parking and storage for bicycles are given. The internet is stable enough to work. The landlord is very nice, the handover went perfectly. Many regular guests speak for themselves.

It's a very comfortable town house, 2 bedrooms (one faces the street so it's not quiet) on the first floor. Unfortunately, the bathroom was a bit stinky, a small toilet is still on the upper floor. The living area is very dark, certainly not tragic in the summer months. Communication with the landlord is a bit difficult...only Spanish. We had a great time, it's very central.
