From one of the bedroom there is access (1.2 m in height) to a loft room with ratan lounge. In one of the bedroom it is possible to add an extra bed (single) which is charged locally. The first annex, 100 m2, on 2 floors consists of a double bedroom and a dining/kitchen on the ground floor with access to a covered patio (50 m2 with outdoor furniture). Shower/bidet/WC. 1st floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 twin bedroom. Shower/bidet/WC. the second annex, 100 m2, consists of large, sunny living room, kitchen, 1 doubl bedroom ans 1 shower/bidet/WC on the ground floor. 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, shower/bidet/WC on the 1st floor. From the pictures we didn't imagine being in a wet basin. But, since we were among friends, we had a very good week.

We have spent two weeks in these houses, in the pool and in the surroundings in Tuscany. The house is located in the countryside and a car is a requirement. But by car it is close to Montevarchi, to other fantastic places in and around Tuscany. All comforts were in the house, and we got in good contact with P. and family. We have created wonderful memories and already miss both the hospitality and the peace. We hope to return, and we highly recommend this house to both families and friends.

The family of 14 adults and 2 children had the most wonderful holiday in Poggio Cuccule. There is everything you could want in terms of equipment, nice big pool and wonderful atmosphere. The owner Paula and her father are nice and very helpful in fulfilling various wishes. We have all loved the place and dream of returning.

We traveled with several families we are friends with (children between the ages of 2 and 13). The large pool was of course - not only for the children - the highlight. Our two dogs have also felt very comfortable (large property completely fenced). The houses are lovingly and rustically furnished, everything you need for a holiday is really there. Tip: order dinner from the really friendly landlady! Delicious!
