Spacious, beautiful and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system, DVD and wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table, wood-burning stove.
The house was absolutely lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were enough showers for the 8 of us. The scenery was stunning, the pool area was cozy and the sun shone all day, the sunset crowned the splendor. The swimming pool was suitable for ball games, water aerobics and relaxation. We had a really good time, adults and children. Special thanks to the hostess for the generous welcome baskets and warm care ❤️

beautiful spacious house in a quiet environment with a superb view of the typical Tuscany and the village of San Gimignano. Very warm welcome with 2 baskets full of attention. the weak point is not having hot water in the 4 bathrooms (only 1 had it) and neither in the kitchen. permanent smell of sewage in the bathroom on the 1st floor. Lighting problem in the evening in the kitchen

The house is a bit isolated, but in an enchanting landscape. The view is breathtaking. At the end of April / beginning of May the temperatures were a bit low. Due to the large volume of the building, it was hardly possible to achieve a comfortable temperature in the bedrooms. In addition, the existing pellet heating worked poorly and had to be cleaned after almost every use. The air conditioning was broken and could not be used as a heater.

Very nice holiday home with a beautiful pool and a fantastic view. The landlady was very nice and welcomed us with a delicious gift basket. Everything went smoothly. We felt very comfortable.

This holiday home exceeded our wildest dreams, beautiful location with a fantastic panorama (including San Gimignano). On arrival we immediately started taking pictures, we were so overwhelmed with this stay. Everything is there, nice spacious kitchen, lots of space in the living room / lounge, very nice and spacious rooms with excellent shower facilities and a nice covered terrace. Lower sun terrace with nice swimming pool. We very much hope that we will come back here!
